I believe that healing work should be accessible for all. It is preventative healthcare for the mind and body; not just a luxury for those with expendable income. As such, for my customizable bodywork sessions, cranial sacral work, and somatic work, I offer a sliding scale of $60-$160/hour, with $110/hour as the mid-point. This sliding scale applies to all services, but does not apply for gift cards , which are set at the mid-point of $110/hour.

I also acknowledge that massage therapy and somatic practice are under-valued services. My sliding scale is NOT “pay what makes you happy”; it is pay what you can, based off of your economic status. Below is a diagram to help you place yourself along the sliding scale. If you fit in the bottle on the left, pay towards the upper end; if you fit in the bottle on the right, pay towards the lower end. If you feel unsure, you can always place yourself in the middle.

Late Cancellation Policy: Please note that all non-urgent cancellations or reschedules less than 48 hours prior to your appointment will be charged my mid-point service rate, so $110/hour. Thank you for helping me keep my business afloat and my sliding scale accessible!
